TAC employs 86 full-time and 4 part-time faculty members. The teaching staff is comprised of Turkish nationals as well as international educators, predominantly from The international teachers are actually from Canada, the United States, Colombia, Nigeria, Tunisia, and Poland. On average, TAC faculty have 12 years of experience. The entire faculty has completed undergraduate degrees and over 35% hold Master’s degrees. The teacher-student ratio is 1:7

Some courses taught by international faculty are English, biology, theory of knowledge and some clubs.
