The Women in Leadership retreat, organised by the female leaders of our school, was held in the Misak-ı Milli campus. The event brought students some prominent examples from female leaders and their journeys in many diverse fields as education, business, arts, and sciences.
At the event, valuable insights were shared about overcoming challenges, seizing opportunities, and making a difference in the society. The programme was enriched with presentations, panel discussions and station activities which helped students think about leadership and develop their skills.
This meaningful event, which took place in a historic atmosphere of Misak-ı Milli, inspired our students by not only sharing information and experience but also giving chances of reflection about putting them into implementation. At the closing, the happiness and motivation felt in the participants was the best indicator of success of the event.
The Women in Leadership event was a great chance of self-discovery and development for our aspiring female leaders.
