Good leaders are made, not born. In the Tarsus Schools, we are committed to a leadership development program to train our admin teams in the many responsibilities of their jobs. Thıs session focuses on the skills needed to have dıffıcult and challengıng conversatıons in such a way as to deal with the issue but maintain trusting and respectful relatinships.
