BON APPETIT!

 

We organized a French cuisine day to promote French culture, the language, and its cuisine – all of which are served up by the Second Foreign Language teachers at TAC.

Our event incorporated an analysis of the major French poets, writers and quotes from their masterpieces from the classical period to modern times.

Some of the staples of French cuisine, Vol au Vent, Soupe à l’oignon, Salade Niçoise ve Tarte aux pommes were prepared by our school chefs and were well liked by all.

French cuisine day was an important opportunity for students to sample both French food and French literature.
