TAC Celebrates Philosophy Day
Philosophy is our life and it actually is in every part of life. Sometimes, it is the moments in life when we are free, and at other times, it is our philosophy of life which set us free. Philosophy starts with the Delphic maxim “know thyself” since the individual can only better know and understand the world when they know themselves.
The World Philosophy Day activities at TAC culminated on Thursday December 15, 2016. with an assembly featuring the projects prepared by grade 11 students. The presentation of the projects, which also included interviews, created thought-provoking and fun-filled moments for teachers and students. After a presentation with inspiring quotes by various philosophers, the assembly was concluded by a video prepared by students.
