TAC’s Female Boarding Students at Içel Arts Club
The female boarding students of the Prep class, under the supervision of Ms. Ayşe Butcher, went to Mersin on Tuesday, February 21 to watch an award winning documentary, “Ecumenopolis”, screened at the Icel Arts Club, which delves into the concepts of unplanned urbanization and democracy. The film was thought-provoking to the same extent that it was enlightening.
After watching the documentary, the Olba restaurant, located in the Içel Arts Club, had a surprise for our girls: an invitation to a great dinner prepared especially for them. Accompanied by music, which was well-suited to their taste, they had a delicious dinner. They also danced to the upbeat tunes. The students were very happy to be a part of this culturally enriching activity and they enjoyed dinner which was prepared especially for them.
