Francophonie Day 2017
Francophonie Day, in its 7th year at TAC, was celebrated with great enthusiasm. It was a combination of drama performances, songs, videos and a musical under the theme of French language and culture.
During this activity, our campus guests were Jean Michel Berthe, Education Attache of the French Embassy, Hülya Öz, the Course Director at French Cultural Center in Ankara, and Çağrı Kor, the manager of Alliance Français. Before the show, our students asked Jean Michel Berthe questions in French about education. Alliance Français also facilitated some activities in French classrooms.
Our guests were impressed by the French speaking skills and the creativity of our students. What’s more, the presentation, which the students worked hard to prepare for montlhs under the guidance of the teachers from the Second Foreign Language Department, was quality entertainment for the school community.
We congratulate everyone who contributed to making this event a success, and eagerly await next year’s Francophonie Day!
