Professional Development
Professional development is important for all educators and principals, deans and Head of School are no exception. The combined admin teams for all three Tarsus schools met for a day and a half of leadership training on August 24 and 25. They talked about how to build high levels of trust throughout the school and then worked through a training session on how to have challenging conversations in a manner that deals with the issue but maintain a trusting relationship. This is the first in a series of training sessions Mr. Leathwood will facilitate for our school leaders.
