Eye examination
Healthy vision is crucially important for our students to be able to follow their lessons and learn as well as they can. For this reason, on October 11, 2017, all students who started at our school this year received an eye examination from Dr. Hatice Canataroğlu and her team.
A total of 132 students were examined, and of these students, 51 had full vision without a need for glasses while 31 required glasses for full vision and 9 others used contact lenses to correct their vision. Of these students, 26 received a recommendation to use glasses for their visual impairment and 8 were found to have a shifted diopter value and needed a new prescription for their glasses. The results were sent to the parents of each individual students.
