Educational Coaching Training at TAC
On October 30-31, a “Coaching Training”, facilitated by Assc. Prof. Dr. Bilge Uzun, an instructor at Bahçeşehir University, took a group of teachers and administrators on a professional learning experience here at TAC. The training provided information about student coaching, learning and motivation, and assessments that can be used to get to know students better. Each participant contributed to this interactive training, which used real examples to demonstrate that the learning in these sessions can be translated into action. It was a useful exercise where participants expressed a high degree of satisfaction and that they also had a lot of fun.
