TAC Hosts a Seminar on “Short-Term Solution Oriented Therapy Techniques”
Tarsus American College hosted a seminar on "Short-term Solution Oriented Therapy Techniques" for guidance counselors working at state and government schools in the Tarsus district.
The seminar, facilitated by Assc. Prof. Dr. Sertan Kağan, revealed that Solution Oriented Therapy is a 50-year old method which focuses on the targets to be accomplished by the end of the therapy process rather than the issues which led the advisee to therapy, and that the most important thing is not the advisee’s past but his/her present situation.
