A Christmas Celebration
The prep students of Tarsus American College learned about Christmas celebrations and rituals abroad while expanding their vocabulary and cultural background in German through active participation. They wrote their Christmas wishes on cards which they have designed. This activity helped improve their research skills and knowledge about the cultural context surrounding the second foreign language they are taking. At the end of the activity, they posted their products on the hallway to share with the wider community.
