Leadership Training
On Monday, February 16 the leadership teams took part in a three-hour training titled Ethical Leadership through Listening and Modeling, facilitated by Head of School Andrew Leathwood. The session focused on active listening and concrete actions for being an ethical leader. All participants identified actions they would take to model ethics in the leadership role. This training was the third session in a six-part leadership development program for our principals and vice principals.
