The TAC Mathematics Department visited the Akdeniz Nursing Home
The TAC Mathematics Department visited the Akdeniz Nursing Home for the Disabled in Mersin on 9 March 2019. The group of student volunteers, with their teachers Ms. Bikem Can and Ms. Hilal Biçer, brought the warmth and conversation that the residents were longing for, making them feel that they are valued and cared for. TAC student volunteers were deeply affected by the exciting and challenging stories shared. Residents were served cakes provided by the students promising to come back soon. This trip was made possible by Boran Altuntop, Mertay Karakaş, Hasan Berhan Demirhan, Aytaç Onur İlbeyi, Burak Gök and Fazıl Osman Yılmaz who joined the visit.
