Adolescent Psychology

 

The series of online parent conferences organized by the TAC Counseling Department continued with a discussion of "Adolescent Psychology" facilitated by Kardeniz Turkmen. The session handled various dimensions of this broad area such as emotional dilemmas experienced during transition from childhood to adolescence, body image in adolescence, success in adolescence and crime were discussed in the study.

 

The active participation of our parents and giving examples from life and family life made the meeting richer and more fluid. Psk who conducted the study. Kardeniz Türkmen, in addition to the transfer of knowledge, responded to parents' questions on the subject and drew attention to the adolescent behaviors that can be observed in students with some examples. In this process, the role of parents in communication was also discussed.
