Philosophy Symposium
TAC’s Social Sciences Department organized a Philosophy Symposium which had a guest speaker from Mersin University, Prof. Dr. Taşkıner Ketenci. In the symposium with TAC’s 11th graders, Ketenci started his remarks, titled "Thinking in the Middle Ages", by emphasizing the relationship between philosophical thinking and daily life. He emphasized the similarities between the philosophical thinking in modern day and in Middle Ages, which have been somewhat underrated. The event ended with an interactive session where students shared their views and asked questions.
