The main intake of the human body, which is an organic system, is food. Food, depending on its chemical composition, may have various impacts on the physiological and mental development of an individual. While high-energy foods are not necessarily nutritious, some nutritious food items may aggravate the physical mechanism. Parents are well aware of the importance of nutrition during development.


At TAC, catering services are provided by Eurest/Sofra at the school cafeteria and the school’s canteen. A monthly menu list is determined in the meeting of the Catering Committee which is attended by a student from each grade and includes teachers. The menu list is reviewed and approved by a dietician. Each day’s menu has four dishes and in addition, a salad buffet. For boarding students, breakfast and dinner is served as well. Any TAC student can register with catering services for one semester or
