Connected with the WORLD
On Wednesday, November 9th the TAC TED-Ed Club participated in TED-Ed Connect with clubs around the world. The conference was facilitated by a TED-Ed instructor from New York City. She organized a meeting across many time zones. The countries that participated were Romania, Canada, Ethiopia, England and the USA.
We were very excited to meet and chat with the clubs around the world. We were a little bit concerned about how it would pan out. As soon as we met our comrades our anxieties disappeared because we found out that we had so much in common. We found out that our taste in music, opinions on the US presidential election, and sports were so much alike.
At the end of the hour long conference we did not want to disconnect and say goodbye! We look forward to the next TED-Ed connect to learn about others and their IDEASWORTHSPREADING.
